Please write from your account email so we can verify your request. You can also choose a support category from the in-product Help & feedback control. Each submission receives a tracked response and resolution target.

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. IST, for service-target calculations. Our operational targets are:

• Payment failure — respond within 4 business hours; target resolution in 1 business day.
• Refund request — respond within 1 business day; target resolution in 3 business days.
• Birth or data correction — respond within 1 business day; target resolution in 2 business days.
• Report generation failure — respond within 4 business hours; target resolution in 1 business day.
• Privacy or deletion — acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve within the published legal or policy timeframe.
• Safety complaint — immediate prioritisation with case-specific escalation.
• General grievance — respond within 1 business day; target resolution in 7 business days.

In line with applicable Indian law, complaints about the platform or about the handling of your personal data can be raised with our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge grievances within 1 business day and target resolution within 7 business days. Data-protection grievances unresolved by us may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
