Refund & Cancellation Policy

The core behavioural assessment is free. The paid Personal Decision Constitution is a one-time purchase, initially offered at ₹499. It is not a recurring plan and does not renew automatically.

The purchase includes the paid assessment experience, a versioned Constitution, lifetime account access to that purchased version, and one reassessment within 30 days.

During the MVP, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase. This includes satisfaction requests as well as material technical or billing failures.

Disagreeing with a behavioural finding does not automatically make a report defective. However, disagreement alone will not be used to deny an otherwise eligible seven-day MVP satisfaction request.

You may request a refund when:

• the paid report materially failed to generate;
• major promised sections are technically incomplete;
• birth or financial-context data could not be processed;
• you were charged incorrectly or more than once;
• you submit an MVP satisfaction request within the seven-day window.

These terms do not limit any non-waivable right available under applicable Indian consumer law.

Email billing@astrobulls.com from your account email within 7 days of the charge, with the order reference, date, amount, and reason. We aim to respond within one business day and target resolution within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank or card processing time may vary.

Access remains unchanged while a request is reviewed. The final report-access treatment after an approved refund or chargeback will be stated in the refund confirmation and will not be changed silently.

Purchased report versions remain unchanged and available while the account exists. The included reassessment may be used once within 30 days to correct inputs, correct birth details, or repeat an incomplete assessment. It does not provide unlimited regeneration.

Some existing users may still have a Starter or Pro subscription from the retired stock-matching product. Those records are not part of the new Constitution offer. Existing users can manage or stop renewal from Settings → Purchases & reports while the separately approved migration treatment is completed. AstroBulls is not presenting those subscriptions as a new-product offer.

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first so we can investigate it. A chargeback does not replace the need to report a technical problem, but it does not limit any right available through your payment provider.
