Privacy Policy

AstroBulls (“AstroBulls”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Dhangraha Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India. We are a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect only what the service needs to function:

• Account data — email address and a hashed password, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
• Financial context — capacity questionnaire responses, including emergency-fund, income-stability, debt, dependant, obligation, and financial horizon information. Sensitive answers are field-encrypted.
• Behavioral evidence — choices in fictional simulations, information panels opened, timing, confidence, emotional response, decision changes, optional rationale, guardrail selections, and report feedback.
• Optional birth details — full name, date, time, and place of birth when you choose the astrology-inspired narrative mode. Birth data changes wording only; it never changes behavioral or financial-capacity scores.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we never store card numbers.

• To calculate deterministic behavioral findings, confidence, and financial-capacity categories from your assessment evidence.
• To generate neutral or optional astrology-inspired explanations without changing the underlying result.
• To create versioned reports and editable personal guardrails.
• To process one-time purchases, reassessments, and refunds.
• To run consented experiments and monitor trust, safety, and product comprehension.

We never monetise or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We do not use your birth details for advertising. Processing rests on purpose-specific consent. You may withdraw optional consent without agreeing to marketing or product experiments; account deletion withdraws all account-bound consent.

As a Data Principal you may:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or completion of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure — the “Delete account” action in Settings removes active account data and records a non-identifying deletion receipt.
• Delete birth details separately while preserving behavioral reports in neutral mode using the self-service privacy controls in Settings.
• Download a structured export of your data from the self-service privacy controls in Settings.
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights.
• Raise a grievance with us, and thereafter with the Data Protection Board of India.

Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted, and sensitive financial answers, birth details, rationales, and check-ins receive field-level protection. Self-service controls let an authenticated user set journal retention and delete birth, journal, behavioural, or financial-context data separately with a verification receipt. The production release remains gated on legal approval of the maximum three-year financial-context period, 12-month identifiable analytics period, and backup rotation within 90 days.

AstroBulls is a behavioral-finance education and reflection platform. It does not recommend securities, predict returns, provide market timing, or provide professional financial advice. Optional astrology-inspired wording is a narrative layer only.
